How a group works

Everyone picks their own car: Creta, Venue, i20… all count towards the same group.

From plan to keys
- Tell us your plan. Your pincode, budget, type of car, brands you're considering. Takes a minute.
- We open a group near you. When we sign a dealer for your brand close to where you live, you get a WhatsApp message with the dealer and the group discounts.
- Join with a refundable token. You pay PoolBuy a token (₹5,000 for cars) to hold your place. If the group doesn't fill, you get it all back.
- Buy at the group price. You buy directly from the dealer: your loan, your registration. Send us your invoice and your token comes back.

Questions
Does it cost anything?
Joining the list is free. When you join a group you pay a refundable token to hold your place. You get it back when you send us your car invoice, or straight away if the group doesn't fill. Dealers pay PoolBuy a fee for each car sold; buyers pay no fee.
What if I change my mind?
Before a group reaches its minimum, you can leave and get your full token back. After it reaches the minimum, the token is kept if you drop out, because the dealer has committed to the price for everyone.
Who are the dealers?
Authorised showrooms in OMR and Velachery. We're signing them up now. Each group shows the dealer's name, address and discounts before you pay anything.
What if my plans change before a group opens?
Nothing happens. The list is free and you owe nothing. Fill the form again with the same number to update your plan, or WhatsApp "remove" to +91 75581 71618 and we'll delete your details.
Will my number be passed around?
No. Your number stays with PoolBuy. It is shared only with the dealer of a group you choose to join, and only for that purchase.
Can I choose any model and colour?
Yes. A group is one brand, one dealer near you, for one month. You choose your model, variant and colour, and every car counts towards the group.
